Jesus Camp, the Movie

I must get my hands on this movie. You can watch the trailer from the link. I'm foreshadowing that it will win the JCQ Movie Awards in four out of five categories this year: Best Documentary, Most Gutsy Movie, Most Disturbing Movie, and Most Outrageous Movie all at once.

Category it will not win: "Worst or most disturbing movie Levendis asked me and Merveilleuse to go see this year with him but which we didn't," which will likely go to "A Scanner Darkly." The RPL said it makes Naked Lunch look "positively romantic." That's when I decided Deron could go see it alone.

Anyway, Jesus Camp. I have to find a way to get ahold of it. Who is with me?

Badger 1, Duckies 0

J.C.Q.: Awn, look at those cute little teenage gooseys following around that badger!
B.A.Q.: Cute? You're sick.
J.C.Q.: Why? They are just curious little teenage gooseys and you know how much I love baby birdies
B.A.Q.: They are duckies, stupid. Plus, they are punks. They are irreverent punky teenage ducks. They are harassing the poor badger.
J.C.Q.: No they aren't! The badger is their friend! They're just following it around the shoreline of the lake! They are playing with Mr. friendly badger!
B.A.Q.: They may look innocent, but really, they're planning on wingbeating the poor badger. Thank God he's fast and is able to outswim them. All the damn badger wanted was to rest in peace in this area of the lake this evening and now he has to swim over to the other f*(^*( area of the f&*&^* lake, okay? Is that somehow amusing to you? What a waste of his time. F*(*(& teenage ducks!
J.C.Q.: You shouldn't be so prejudiced against those cute fluffy ducks.
B.A.Q.: Yeah, well, F*^( you too

About me

  • I'm Fishsticks
  • From Belgium
  • I am a Francophone that is a strong supporter of General T. Foolery’s mission. I use this blog to post about rien du tout or je-ne-sais-quoi ici et là. There’s nothing derisive or divisive here. No no, that takes too much effort. I try to post hebdomadarily. It rarely works given my slackedness.

Unfortunately, my sidekick B.A.Q., an Anglophone, sometimes adds lackadaisical posts to this site, including tales of two nations warring within the bosom of one house. I apologize for this not-so-hilarious inconvenience. It does not happen frequently.
